The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Lilly Street in Lake Wales on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at around 6:15 a.m. 

Two black male suspects forced entry into the victim's home, woke up the victim, and demanded money at gunpoint. They also stole the victim's firearm.

One suspect is described as a black male, 6' tall, with a stocky build, wearing a mask. The other suspect is described as a black male, 5'7" - 5'8" tall, with a thin build.

After the robbery, the suspects fled in an unknown direction.
